Questions we are asked

Straight answers, with the numbers in them.

These are the questions people actually type into a search box before buying a dedicated IP. Every answer below carries the real figure rather than pointing at a sales call.

Questions and answers

How much does a dedicated static IP cost?

US$45 a month for App Standard and US$89 a month for App Flagship. Standard covers 5 devices online at once with a 100G monthly allowance; Flagship covers 30 devices with 300G. Both include one dedicated residential static IP that is yours alone, plus one shared clean line. The prices are published here rather than quoted on request.

What is a dedicated residential IP, and how is it different from an ordinary VPN?

An ordinary VPN puts you on an address shared with thousands of other subscribers, and you inherit whatever history those strangers created on it. A dedicated residential IP is allocated to your business and used by nobody else. That single difference is why one keeps triggering verification and the other usually does not.

Do I actually need a dedicated IP, or is a shared VPN enough?

If your team keeps hitting verification prompts, access-denied pages, or account flags on services you legitimately pay for, a shared address is the usual cause. If none of that happens to you, you do not need this and we would rather say so.

Can several devices share one IP?

Yes, and on this service they do: 5 devices on Standard, 30 on Flagship, all going out through the one IP allocated to your business. The point is not that the IP is used by one machine; it is that it is not shared with strangers.

Will it work for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

It removes the shared-IP class of problem, which is the most common reason a team's access is unstable. It does not change a provider's own terms, or where that provider chooses to offer service. No network can do that, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something else.

Can we use it for Amazon and TikTok seller accounts?

That is what the Flagship tier is sized for: 30 devices online at once through one IP that belongs to your business, so store activity does not share an address with unrelated parties. Use of the service follows one Acceptable Use Policy that applies to every customer equally.

Can we check the line before paying?

Yes. Download the app and verify the line's purity for free first. You pay once you are satisfied with what you see.

Who can buy?

Registered businesses only. We verify business standing before onboarding, under our KYC policy. There is no individual or consumer tier, and no grey channel for one.

What happens if we go over the monthly allowance?

You can top up within the current cycle at any time. The allowance is sized for business use rather than as a trap.
